  • 4 fresh jalapeños (halved and seeds removed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth. Stir in diced jalapeños.
  3. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick, then cut into strips approximately 1 inch wide.
