  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.

  3. Lower the heat, add fresh lemon juice and reserved pasta water to the skillet, stirring to combine.
